For this edition, we explored Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth within the realm of Light and Shadow. Each element carries its own nature, shaped by the balance between clarity and depth, motion and restraint. Ferrum Seer is the metal expression of the seven. A compound grind combines tip stability with efficient slicing. The blade combines dual satin with bead-blasted surfaces. The contrast brings more definition to its lines and matches the structured character of the handle. Gray Titanium A trident pattern is machined across the surface, adding texture and direction without changing the clean outline of Thunderbird V. The natural titanium color keeps the focus on the material and machining rather than surface decoration. Vanchor Lock® and Multiple Deployment The Vanchor Lock® provides secure lockup and smooth operation. Open Thunderbird V with the front flipper, back flipper, thumb hole, or by holding the lock button and flicking the blade open. The titanium pocket clip and slightly extended titanium backspacer complete the build. The backspacer forms an integrated lanyard point and carries the Morse code for “V,” a subtle nod to the Vanchor Lock®.
